On Stora Gatan 79, in the heart of Sigtuna, you will find 32 rum & kök (32 rooms and a kitchen), a hotel and restaurant run by the Jangbratt and Jeurling families. It’s a young hotel, but the main building has been overlooking Lake Mälaren since the end of the 1800s. During its lifespan, the main building has had additions built on to allow it to serve as a safe haven for international boarding school students as well as a private home for a steamboat captain whose ship docked at the stone pier.
